Chicken & Apple Sausages with Roasted Potatoes

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  • 2. Place all the ingredients, except green onions, into a baking dish and mix with hands until coated with oil. Bake for 30 minutes, until potatoes are golden and easily pierced with a fork.
  • 3. Remove from oven and transfer to an attractive platter. Garnish with sliced green onions. Accompany with fresh sliced oranges, pineapple or papaya.
