These baked chicken meatballs are the ultimate healthy, weeknight meal. They are easy to make and can be paired with any of your favorites: your favorite pasta & sauce, mashed potatoes & green beans, or serve as a quick meal with roasted veggies.
Anytime Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Parmesan - grated
- 1/3 c. almond flour or oat flour
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. parsley - chopped
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1/2 tsp. fennel
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. chili flakes - optional, if you like spicy
- 1 lb. Isernio’s Ground Chicken
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together.
- Roll the mixture into golf-ball sizes, about 12 total meatballs.
- Place the meatballs evenly spaced on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the center of the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, flip each meatball, and return to the oven for 15 minutes.
- Enjoy with your favorite pasta, veggies or side-dish.
- Servings : 10-12 Meatballs
