Chicken Teriyaki Burgers with Pineapple

These Chicken Teriyaki Burgers with Pineapple are amazingly simple and very delicious. Chicken Teriyaki burgers are grilled up in minutes, topped with a piece of juicy pineapple, and sandwiched between a perfectly toasted bun. This burger will be a winner at the table!

  1. Mix the ground chicken, pineapple, breadcrumbs, scallions, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl, and stir until mixed. Form into four equal patties and place on a platter. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 6 minutes. Flip the burgers, brush them with teriyaki sauce, and cook for 6 minutes or until they are cooked.
  3. While the burgers are cooking, heat pineapple slices on the grill on both sides until warmed through.
  4. It’s time to assemble the burgers. Place a couple of lettuce leaves on the bottom half of a burger bun. Add the cooked burger patty and top with a tablespoon of teriyaki sauce. Add a slice of warm pineapple, followed by the top of the burger bun.
  5. Enjoy!
