This Greek-inspired burger is a great, healthy twist on the traditional burger. The best part is, it can be served in a pita, on a bun, or over a bed of greens.
Greek Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ½ cup feta cheese - crumbled
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup bread flour or oats
- 1 Tablespoon oregano (we recommend fresh!)
- ¼ cup parsley - chopped finely
- 2 garlic cloves - minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb Isernio’s Ground Chicken
- To serve: pita bread, bun, greens + your favorite veggies
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
- Use your hands (time to get messy!) to combine well. Try not to overwork the mixture.
- Form into x4 patties.
- Grill the burgers or medium heat for 4 minutes a side. OR cook in a frying pan over medium-high heat for 4 minutes a side.
- Serve with warm pita (or a bun) alongside your favorite veggies & condiments.
