Greek Chicken Burgers

This Greek-inspired burger is a great, healthy twist on the traditional burger. The best part is, it can be served in a pita, on a bun, or over a bed of greens.

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Use your hands (time to get messy!) to combine well. Try not to overwork the mixture.
  3. Form into x4 patties.
  4. Grill the burgers or medium heat for 4 minutes a side. OR cook in a frying pan over medium-high heat for 4 minutes a side.
  5. Serve with warm pita (or a bun) alongside your favorite veggies & condiments.
