Instructions

  1. Cook Chicken Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté onion until soft, then add ground chicken. Cook until browned, stir in taco seasoning + splash of water if needed. Stir in 1 cup of salsa. Let cool.
  2. Make Dressing Whisk yogurt, salsa, oil, lime, cilantro, cumin, salt + pepper.
  3. Assemble jars in the following order: Dressing, beans, corn, peppers, tomatoes, red onion, ground chicken, cheese, greens on top.
  4. Serve + Store Refrigerate up to 4–5 days. Add avocado, tortilla chips, cilantro + lime right before eating. Pour into a bowl, toss, enjoy.
