Instructions

  1. Make the chicken. Warm the sesame oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat; add ground chicken, season with a pinch of salt, and break it apart with a spatula or wooden spoon into small pieces for 4-5 minutes until mostly cooked.
  2. While the chicken is cooking, add the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, cornstarch, ground ginger, and powdered garlic in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside.
  3. Make the rice. To freshly cooked rice, add chopped cilantro and juice of ½ lime. Toss to combine.
  4. Assemble your meal prep. Divide the chicken into four portions, the rice into four portions, and the green beans into four portions. Enjoy throughout the week.
