  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until chicken has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the chicken as it cooks; stir in taco seasoning and cook according to package directions.
  3. Place tortilla chips in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Top with ground chicken mixture, black beans, and cheese.
  4. Place into oven and bake until heated and the cheeses have melted for about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately, topped with your favorite toppings: pico, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, sliced avocado, and a dollop of sour cream. Dig in!
