Ingredients
- 1 pkg Isernio’s Southwestern Style Chile & Garlic Ground Chicken Sausage Meal Starter
- 4 oz avocado, mashed (about 1 small)
- ½ cup Mexican-style sour cream
- Juice of ½ lime
- 10 drops hot sauce
- 1 pkg street-sized corn tortillas
- ½ pkg cabbage slaw
- ½ cup corn
- ½ cup cilantro
- ¼ cup red onion, sliced thin
- Queso fresco, crumbled
Instructions
- Brown the Isernio’s Southwestern Style Chile & Garlic Ground Chicken Sausage Meal Starter over medium-high heat until cooked through. Break up the sausage as it cooks.
- Combine the sour cream, avocado, lime juice, and hot sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste, but it should retain a tangy flavor.
- Combine cabbage slaw, red onion, cilantro, and corn in a separate bowl. Add the avocado cream dressing and mix well.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions.
