Ingredients
- Chicken Burgers:
- 1lb Isernio’s Ground Chicken
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 scallions, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, minced
- 1 jalapeno, minced (seeds and ribs removed)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon coriander

- Slaw:
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots

- To serve:
- Buns, lettuce
Instructions
- Make the burgers. Combine all of the burger ingredients in a bowl. Mix to combine and portion into x4 balls. Form into patties. Set aside.
- Make the slaw. Whisk together peanut butter, lime juice, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and Sriracha. Thin with a little bit of water if necessary. Toss with cabbage and carrots. Set aside.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 6 minutes. Flip the burgers and cook for 6 minutes or until they are cooked.
- Toast buns on the grill and serve with grilled chicken burgers, crisp lettuce, and peanut slaw.
