Thai Chicken Burgers with Peanut Slaw

  1. Make the burgers. Combine all of the burger ingredients in a bowl. Mix to combine and portion into x4 balls. Form into patties. Set aside.
  2. Make the slaw. Whisk together peanut butter, lime juice, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and Sriracha. Thin with a little bit of water if necessary. Toss with cabbage and carrots. Set aside.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 6 minutes. Flip the burgers and cook for 6 minutes or until they are cooked.
  4. Toast buns on the grill and serve with grilled chicken burgers, crisp lettuce, and peanut slaw.
