Instructions

  1. Prepare your rice according to the package directions. Then, set aside until ready to eat.
  2. Make your cucumber salad. Slice the cucumber thinly. Add the minced garlic, oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes to a bowl. Mix well to combine. Drizzle over cucumber slices and toss to combine. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and set aside until ready to serve.
  3. Cook the pork. Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add Korean BBQ Pork and cook over medium heat, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon into small pieces until the pork has cooked through, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature should reach 165F).
  4. Assemble the bowls. Arrange the rice, kimchi, cucumber salad, half of an egg, and Korean BBQ Pork in a bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions. Yum! Dinner is ready to be served.
