How to Cook Our Marinated Meats

Our marinated meats are here to make your life easier – and more delicious. These flavor-packed products cook up quickly, allowing you to get a meal on the table FAST.

So how do you cook them? Here’s everything you need to know!

How to Cook Chipotle Lime Chicken Thighs

Our Chipotle Lime Chicken Thighs are whole-muscle boneless chicken thighs that are ready to cook right out of the package – there’s no right or wrong way! Toss ’em in a skillet, throw ’em on the grill, or bake ’em in the oven. They’re done when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

When they’re cooked you can serve them as-is with a side dish, slice them to serve with salads or fajitas, or set out a variety of toppings and make burrito bowls!

How to Cook Al Pastor Diced Pork

Our Al Pastor Diced Pork is made of small pieces of chopped pork so it is best cooked stove-top. Heat some oil to medium heat in a wok or skillet, then add the meat. Break up the meat with a wooden spoon as it cooks. The pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit, which will take about 5-7 minutes.

Our Al Pastor Diced Pork is great for street tacos, nachos, or salads. Or try our Isernio’s original recipe: Burrito Bowls with Cilantro-Lime Rice and Chipotle Crema!
