All of these dishes pair well with grilled eggplant or zucchini, a mixed salad, and a colorful fruit spread.
Cooking tip: before grilling (or frying), simmer your links in hot water for 6-8 minutes. This cooks the sausages almost all the way through and helps avoid drying out or burning your links on the grill!
Cooking tip: Do not use sharp forks & knives to turn and move your sausages. It may cause the juices to drip out, removing flavor.
